Taken from the ribs of the animal, Lamb Cutlets are some of the most popular cuts thanks to being extremely tender, flavourful and easy to cook. They can be cooked on the grill, the oven or in a hot pan which means you can enjoy them all year round.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
