A show stopping centrepeice for any roast, our free-range lamb leg is tender, lean and succulent. Slow roast with plenty of rosemary and garlic for a delicious Easter feast.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our lamb are grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
