Our Maid of Bruton wines are produced using grapes from Durslade Vineyard located next to the River Brue. Just a stone’s throw away from ancient Roman terraces and sitting on a gentle eastern slope of clay and limestone, our vineyard is comprised of approximately 8,000 vines. The Chardonnay grapes for this 2023 vintage were harvested in October and then pressed, fermented, and bottled in Somerset just five miles from the vineyard.
