Hand-pressed using finely minced hogget and fresh mint, our new Minted Lamb Burgers offer a delicious twist on spring's favourite meat. Fire up the BBQ or grill indoors, served on a fresh bun with tzatziki, dill-pickled cucumbers and lettuce.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.

Our award-winning and 100% British beef and lamb are reared on our 1000 acre farm in Somerset, which backs directly onto the FARM SHOP Somerset, and other local, like-minded farms.
Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
