Introducing our latest seasonal delight: Pickled Rhubarb, crafted from the finest Yorkshire forced rhubarb. Tangy and flavourful, it's the perfect accompaniment to your next cheeseboard or a delicious addition atop pork loin chops.
Sourced from Yorkshire’s ‘Rhubarb Triangle’, dating back to the early 1900’s, forced rhubarb is transported indoors and grown in dark sheds lit only by candle light. The result is a less bitter, sweet taste and a vibrant pink colour.
