In November, join us for a hands-on workshop focusing on venison from our estate. Learn how to bone and roll a shoulder of venison, the perfect Autumn centrepiece for your table. During the workshop enjoy tasters of red wine and venison sausages made by our butchers and ask any burning questions you may have about butchery, venison and more!
