Recipe: Mojito Cocktail

Don’t think you should mess with the classic mojito? Trust us, this is just as refreshing and delicious!

Pick between our Strawberry & Elderflower Cordial or Spiced Apple & Quince Cordial for a mojito with a difference.

Method

• STEP 1

  Pour the gin, lime juice and cordial of your choice into a tall glass

• STEP 2

  Add three ice cubes and 5 mint leaves to the glass

• STEP 3

  Then add another 3 / 4 ice cubes

• STEP 4

  Add the remaining mint before filling the glass to the top with more ice

• STEP 5

  Pour in the soda and give the drink a gentle stir

• STEP 6

  Garnish with a mint sprig
