The Farm
A low input farm that uses regenerative farming practices, Manor Farm is a mile away from the creamery where King Stone make their cheese. The farm focuses on soil health using diverse herbal lays.
The herd of British Friesian and Shorthorn cattle are milked twice a day, with the care taken over the land leading to lush grass and therefore exceptionally rich milk.

The Cheese
Cheesemaker David Jowett’s cheese career began at Berkswell, following a path through different cheese companies before setting up King Stone Dairy. His first cheese was Rollright, a washed rind soft cheese, in 2015 and since then he has created four further cheeses.
