Our marinated and butterflied leg of pork is succulent, flavourful and tender, perfect for oven roasting for a family meal. We marinate ours in a blend of parsely, olive oil, oregano and lemon juice to compliment the meat's flavour.

Cooking Tips
Place the butterflied leg of pork in a roasting pan, brush the marinade to distribute evenly. Place the roasting pan in the oven and cook for approximately 1 hr 15 mins to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 63°C/145°F. Remove from the oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
