Orange Marmalade
£6.95
A delicious, award-winning pantry staple with a sweet and juicy flavour. We use Seville oranges to make our Orange Marmalade, which are known for having a more sour taste than regular oranges - so bitter that you can't eat them raw. Spread on warm buttery toast, dollop on your morning porridge, or mix into a vibrant glaze for gammon or chicken.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen, our team handcrafts this seasonal gem in January and February when the fruit is at its peak.

"Showcasing very fresh oranges with well cooked peel, this is artisan marmalade with a real homemade flavour."
"This marmalade has a beautiful depth with a bitterness that's well balanced with the sweetness. The pith and the rind are well cooked, with a nice bite. With a long and bitter character that is well balanced. An excellent set, bright and sparkly. A classic done to perfection."
