Quince and Crab Apple Chutney
Brown Sugar, Onions, Crab Apples (20%), Cider Vinegar, Quince (14%), Sultanas (Sulphites), Mixed Spice, Fennel Seeds, Salt, Turmeric, Ground Ginger.

Beetroot & Horseradish Chutney
Beetroot (27%), Apples, Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Red Onions, Wild Horseradish (6%), Sultanas, Ground Ginger, Salt, Ginger, Caraway Seeds.

Walnuts (70%), Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Water, Flavouring (Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon), Salt.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house forager, Kenny, does. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, he collects grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what he finds.
