Best for 'low and slow' cooking, our grass-fed and dry aged diced Stewing Steak is cut from the chuck, or fore quarter. When braised, the robust texture of this cut becomes tender and takes on bold seasonings, making it a great choice for stews, homemade pies and curries.
For depth of flavour, our Angus X beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. All of our meat comes from our Somerset farm and other local, like-minded farmers who share our dedication to high welfare meat.
