We pick each seasonal ingredient at its best and hold onto that fresh flavour by preserving them in a range of ways. This festive season we're focusing on apples; crunchy, refreshing and bursting with flavour, this set of four will add a little something new to a whole host of Christmas favourites.

From our orchard
Our delicious Apple Seasonal Heroes begin their journey on three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm’s heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October, both by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine. They are then transported to our Somerset kitchen to be transformed into our Winter Seasonal Heroes.
