Bergamot and Honey Marmalade

A unique marmalade with a delightful botanical essence, reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. We've taken bergamots, a sour citrus fruit similar to an orange, and combined it with our own honey, from bees kept on our Somerset farm and vineyard. The result is a zingy and perfectly sweet marmalade, perfect for pairing with fresh scones and cream, or on a crusty piece of warm bread.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen, our team handcrafts this seasonal gem in January and February when the fruit is at its peak.

Our honey is produced by bees kept on the wild landscape of our Somerset estate. The variety of flora from which they collect their pollen and nectar creates a unique flavour with each season, be it summer or spring.
Our bees also play an important role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our gardens.
