Our award winning Boerewors sausage uses both grass-fed beef and free range pork mince.
We follow a traditional Namibian recipe, passed down from generation to generation, and a former winner of the coveted Champion Boerewors Maker title at the annual South African Boerewors competition.
Cook under a hot grill or on the barbecue for best results.

Cooking tips
Remove from the fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking. Place a little oil in a pan and, over low heat, cook for about 10 minutes on each side. Also great barbecued or in the oven for the same amount of time.
Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
