A whole leg of lamb, boned and rolled to give an easy-to-carve roast perfect for 4-6 people. Lamb leg is one of the most popular joints due to being a lean and very tender part of the animal, the flavour is beautifully delicate, a perfect Easter Sunday roast.
Our lamb is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.

Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
