The most prized part of the animal, centre cut fillet is the most tender, soft and buttery of all the cuts. Use this barrel shaped muscle to create your own Beef Wellington, have as an indulgent roast, or cut into thick steaks.
Our beef is sourced from our own grass-fed Aberdeen Angus cattle reared on Farm Shop’s Bruton farm. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.

Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
