Cumberland Sausages

"These sausages look great. They have cooked evenly and browned nicely and they cut beautifully. They have the traditional spicy Cumberland peppery aroma and a good even texture in the mix, and deliver a moist, easily-eatable mouthful."

Pan fry in a small amount of oil, or place under a grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn regularly and cook through, until the juices run clear.
