Stuffing: Stuffing Mix (Pea Flour, Vegetable Protein, Dehydrated Onion, Herbs, Salt, Sugar, Antioxidant E300, Spices, Herb Extract), Sausage Meat (Pork, Gluten Free Oats, Sausage Seasoning [Salt, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Spices, Stabiliser E451, E450, Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Antioxidant E301, E331, Spice Extract, Herb Extract]), Water.
Wagyu dripping: British Beef Dripping (98%), Dorset Sea Salt.
Lamb rub: Sea salt (60%) Brown Sugar, Mustard powder, Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme
Chicken rub: Sea salt (48%) Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano, Coriander, Mustard Powder, Cayenne pepper.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.

Our award-winning and 100% British beef and lamb are reared on our 1000 acre farm in Somerset, which backs directly onto the FARM SHOP Somerset, and other local, like-minded farms.
Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
