Storage
This organic cheeses requires refrigeration. In order to enjoy your Godminster cheddar at its best, allow it to come up to room temperature an hour before serving to bring out the flavour.
For any leftover cheese, replace the wax as best you can, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate.
