These vegetables have been fermented in a classic blend of gochujang, soy and ginger, and seasoned with ginger, garlic and coriander seeds. Kimchi is the national dish of South Korea, with a history dating back over 3,000 years. Our Kitchen Garden Kimchi is handmade by Somerset fermenters, CULTJAR, using ingredients grown in their garden.
