Originating from North Africa, the merguez sausage packs a punch, perfect to enjoy grilled, in breakfast shakshouka or in a chilli.

Cooking tips
Pan fry on a medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
