A seasonal creation for spring made with the finest Yorkshire forced rhubarb and a kick of ginger for added zing. Spread our Rhubarb and Ginger Jam generously on warm toast, swirl it into yoghurt, or use it as a flavourful topping for your favourite desserts.
Sourced from Yorkshire’s ‘Rhubarb Triangle’, dating back to the early 1900’s, forced rhubarb is transported indoors and grown in dark sheds lit only by candle light. The result is a less bitter, sweet taste and a vibrant pink colour.
