One of the tastiest cuts on the animal, we remove all the bones from the shoulder and marinade the lamb in fresh rosemary, fresh garlic, salt, cracked black pepper and olive oil. This is a brilliant choice for a barbecue or Sunday lunch.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our lamb is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
