Our Wagyu X Beef Mince is made from premium Wagyu X cattle reared on our Somerset farm. Wagyu X has a higher fat content than native breeds, meaning more marbling, which naturally bastes the meat as it cooks and makes it flavour. Perfect for juicy beef burgers, a delicious bolognese or flavour-packed chilli con carne.
Our Wagyu X cattle are grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.

Our award-winning and 100% British beef and lamb are reared on our 1000 acre farm in Somerset, which backs directly onto the FARM SHOP Somerset, and other local, like-minded farms.
Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
