"A lovely and neatly prepared joint with a good ratio of fat, this has a fabulous and enticing lamb aroma. The very fresh flavour is grassy and meaty. A clean creaminess, not greasy. A simple and full flavour lamb joint, and you really get the feeling this lamb has lived a happy and fresh outdoor life."
"An attractive looking rump of lamb, this has a good ratio of fat-to-meat. The texture was moist, succulent and melted in the mouth. There were subtle aromatic notes on the nose, and they developed further on tasting. Overall, the flavour was a wonderful combination of lamb, herbs, wild flowers and pastures of natural grasses. A very well produced joint of meat."
