This dinner party favourite needs no introduction, our beef Wellington is made by covering the tender beef fillet in homemade mushroom duxelles and encasing in puff pastry, ready to cook at home.
All our beef is grass-fed and sourced either from our own Somerset farm, or from other British farms who share our values. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.
