Beef Wellington

Preheat the oven to 200 deg C, Fan 180 deg C or Gas 6. Remove the Beef Wellington from its packaging and place in an oven proof roasting tin.

For 2: Cook for 28 minutes for medium and 32 minutes for medium-well.
For 4: Cook for 30 minutes for medium and 35 minutes for medium-well.
For 6: Cook for 45 minutes for medium and 55 minutes for medium-well.

Times can vary depending on your oven. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
