Made with foraged wild garlic, this Wild Garlic Seasoning pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or meats, adding a fresh, aromatic flavour to any meal. A touch of smoked paprika and caraway seeds give a subtle sweet yet smoky addition to the meat rub.
We use wild garlic foraged from our own Somerset farm by in-house forager, Kenny.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house forager, Kenny, does. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, he collects grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what he finds.
