Inspired by our Clementine and Gin Marmalade, try a tasty Marmalade Martini by Mark Hix – perfect for brunch! Choose from our range of marmalades, ensuring your jar is at room temperature or warmed in a bowl of boiling water, so it doesn’t solidify in the cocktail shaker.

Ingredients
- 4 50ml measures of Farm Shop Dry Gin
- 1tsp Farm Shop Vermouth
- 4tbs FARM SHOP Clementine & Gin Marmalade
Method

STEP 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the gin, vermouth and marmalade to the cocktail shaker.

Shake well and strain into martini glasses.
