Ogleshield is a semi-hard cheese, created by Jamie Montgomery and Bill Oglethorpe. The wheels are washed in brine every three days, softening the cheese and producing a moist rind. This softness makes it the ideal cheese for melting, whether that's in a toastie, or a burger or scrapped onto potatoes for a raclette-style treat.
Montgomery’s Cheese is a family-run farm that has been operating in the Cadbury region of Somerset since 1911.
