We use wild garlic foraged from our own Somerset farm by in-house forager, Kenny.
Dorset sea salt is harvested by hand from the mineral-rich, pure waters along Dorset’s famous Jurassic coast. It is one of the cleanest, purest, and freshest sea salts available, with a distinct mineral flavour.

"A beautiful looking salt – full of sparkle. Theres's a hint of green from the wild garlic, which comes through beautifully and isn't vegetal – it has all the fresh notes of newly-picked wild garlic. A wonderful salt for finishing, leaving a gentle allium presence on the palate. Quite fabulous."
Serving suggestions
Our wild garlic salt can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. It's fabulous as a finishing salt for barbecued meats, sprinkled over seasonal veg or baked into fresh bread.
