Our expert butchers practice full carcass butchery, producing delicious updates on old favourites and traditional cuts of meat. All of the beef from our farm is dry aged for 45 days increasing the tenderness and maximising the flavour. Drop by the butchery counter to pick up some Wagyu X burgers, boerwors sausages, and bacon, as well as côte de boeuf, shoulder of lamb, and butterflied leg of pork.

Butchery Workshops
Join us for a hands-on workshop led by our expert butchers, using beef and lamb reared on Durslade Farm. The workshops are shaped by the seasons, from classic BBQ cuts to Côte de Boeuf from beef reared on our farm – perfect for foodies and home cooks.
All workshops are hosted at Farm Shop Somerset, on Durslade Farm in Bruton.
