Our bacon latticed and stuffed turkey breast is a great option for smaller gatherings and small ovens. All the flavour of our slowly grown turkeys and kept extra moist by a covering of streaky bacon which bastes the meat as it cooks on the outside, whilst the sausage meat stuffing does the same on the inside.
Our free-range bronze turkeys are grown by Appledore Turkeys, a family-run farm in Kent. The birds are reared with the greatest care for welfare and the environment and are free to roam in grassy paddocks during the day, and housed safely in straw bedded barns at night.
