Caramelised Honey Butter Truffles

Rich and oozing with a sweet honey filling, our new Caramelised Honey Butter Truffles are a perfect after-dinner treat or thoughtful gift. A thick honey butter filling, made with honey from bees kept on our Somerset farm, is encased in a rich dark chocolate, produced with cocoa beans from Peru. These truffles are made for us by Chocolarder, a bean-to-bar producer located in Cornwall who are passionate about sustainable practises, ethical sourcing of cocoa and minimal waste.

Farm Shop presents a range of seasonal bounty from our farm. Our dedicated foragers discover and share highlights from the land and hedgerows, ensuring the best use of seasonal wild produce.
From our vineyard
Our Maid of Bruton wines are produced locally from grapes grown on our vineyards in Bruton. We grow a mix of grapes on the estate’s 8,000 vines, including Chardonnay, Bacchus, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which are used to produce our Sparkling Rosé, Chardonnay, Bacchus and still Rosé wines.
